- Smooth & Lift the neck - Work on one side of the face at a time. Apply an alternating upward smoothing glide from the inner neck outward. Repeat the gesture four times, or five times if necessary.
- Fill-up - With both hands on one cheek at a time, grasp and pinch the skin and muscle between the length of the fingers, starting from the jawline to the cheekbone two times or three times over the area.
